You asked, so we made it happen. Now you can pay anyone with Spritz Pay, which enables crypto-to-fiat bank transfers via ACH directly from your DeFi wallet. Enjoy more payment functionality from Spritz as we head into the new year, with the ability to pay bills and monthly expenses that were previously unavailable through regular Bill Pay—like your rent! Now your landlord doesn’t have to accept crypto for you to be able to pay your rent with it. 😉
Use Spritz Pay to set up payments to anyone with a bank account in the United States directly from your preferred wallet. When we say anyone, we mean it! You can make crypto to USD transfers paying friends, family, and ACH bills in seconds, or even use the feature to send some holiday gifts.
Spritz Pay works similar to the Spritz Off-ramp! Set up a quick ACH bank transfer from the Bill Pay section of the app by clicking on “add account.” Follow the prompts to set up your recipient’s bank account information—for this you’ll need the person’s account and routing numbers, and the full name as it appears on their account. Once you set that up, you can start sending crypto payments via ACH transfer to that bank account directly from your wallet as you would an off-ramp!
Best yet, similar to Bill Pay and Off-ramp, Spritz Pay lets you use any token from your wallet from any supported blockchain network! Want to pay your rent using USDC, USDT or BUSD - no problem. What about paying another monthly expense by converting your AVAX or MATIC to fiat instantly - you can do that too and your payment will arrive within two business days.
To make a payment, click on the bank account that you want to make a payment to and fill out all of the information. Pick which asset you want to pay with, the amount in USD that you want to send to the recipient’s account, and then submit your payment transaction on the blockchain. Enjoy faster payments to anyone with our new streamlined process, which converts any token and then sends the fiat payment via ACH in just 1-2 business days!
